Refund policy

Our tools deliver their full value the moment they are set up in your Drive, so all sales are final. Here is exactly what that means and the one exception.

All sales are final

All sales on our digital products are final. Each tool sets up inside your own Google Drive, and its full value delivers immediately and permanently the moment it does. Once a tool is in your Drive, it is yours.

What you keep getting

Every purchase includes all future updates to your product at no additional charge.

The one exception

The Chaos Capable certificate is the single exception to the all-sales-final policy. If a court does not accept your Chaos Capable certificate of completion, we will refund the purchase price of the program in full on request.
